What types of damage could benefit from patching and repair?

If there is deep scratch on your pre-finished floor, we can cut out the bad boards and replace them with new ones. More often than not, you would never even be able to tell that there was a replacement made.

It is not uncommon for us to work in a home in which our client has recently done major remodeling. In some cases, we will come across a project where a wall in the home has been removed to create space. In such cases,we can patch in or stagger new flooring and then sand, stain and coat for a seamless blend.

We encounter pet, plant and water stains on a regular basis. Many clients hope that these can simply sand over these and move forward with refinishing. Unfortunately, these stains are generally black and will not sand out, but can be replaced before sanding.
